Hi, I'm Michelle. I work as a representative payee counselor and also as the paint counselor for Mr. I joined the pin drop ke program in the first week of April 1988. It has been an awesome experience for me, and I believe it is one of the best programs because it provides me with a specific day each week when I receive my money. One thing that I really appreciate about the family services' representative program is that it has given me control over how I manage my money. They take care of paying my bills, which takes a load off my mind. They also handle my Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, and other necessary contacts, making it easier for me to navigate these systems. We try to act as a liaison between the client and the various agencies, providing them with the information they need and ensuring that everything gets done smoothly. Mr. Epps, the client I work with, is amazing. He manages his funds exceptionally well, which makes my job even easier. I believe Mr. Epps is a great example of how the representative payee program can be successful. The relationship we have with our clients is crucial, and when everyone works together, it benefits everyone involved. I am incredibly grateful to the Pace and British Services for helping me with my needs.
